Florida - Criminal Justice Basic Abilities Tests - CJBAT

During the 2000 session, the Florida Legislature passed House Bill 1481 requiring applicants entering into criminal justice basic recruit programs to successfully pass a commission-approved basic abilities test. I/O Solutions' CJBAT series was developed to ensure that trainees entering into Florida-certified criminal justice training centers possess the requisite abilities to master the curricula and understand the materials that are presented to them in training. The CJBAT series was designed for admission into law enforcement officer or correctional officer training programs. The CJBAT is easy to administer, provides an accurate assessment of the abilities identified by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) as important for success in training and on the job, and has been approved for use in Florida.

Since 2000 I/O Solutions has been an approved vendor for the state of Florida to provide testing services. I/O Solutions is the largest provider of of tests within the state, dealing with multiple colleges and training centers. Our exams are offered both online and in paper-and-pencil form to accommodate Florida training academy needs.
