Job Description:

I/O Solutions is looking for a Inside Sales Executive for immediate hire. Our Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for answering queue calls and working all inside sales leads, placing outbound calls to prospects, evaluating and understanding their needs. This position requires outstanding communication skills, professionalism and reliability. You are hungry to make the sale as well as ensure the customer is treated as your number one priority. You are deadline driven and respond well to pressure and getting the job done! As part of our sales team, you will make about 50 calls per day. You are responsible for your own accounts as well as generating new business through lead follow up and prospecting.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years experience in inside sales
  • Must be motivated and have a positive attitude
  • Must have great verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Word
  • Experienced with Microsoft CRM or similar databases preferred
  • Must be proficient in MS Outlook
